Psalms 139:13 For thou didst form my inward parts: Thou didst cover me in my mother's womb.

Jesus walked upon the earth, On the shores of Galilee, He'd say to His disciples, Let the little children come to me, I wonder if up in heaven, Do you suppose we'll see little children asking what was I supposed to be. What was I supposed to be, What were my eyes supposed to see, And why did I taste of death before I even drew a breath, Laid my head at my mother's breast, to sleep. Oh Jesus, Was I to be a prophet used in the ministry, A doctor who would find a cure for some terrible disease, Even if I'd been born imperfect why couldn't my parents see, That I'd have been made perfect when you came back for me. As you can see in the picture- he still has red cheeks and tomorrow is his last day of the augmentin. He has a follow up appointment on Monday so I guess we'll see what they have to say this time.

This is not the greatest quality of video as it was done with our camera however it is better then nothing! Andrew has promised to buy me something better :-) to use so bear with me til that happens. This is his favorite toy especially now that he can stand up at it.

Bryson's Dedication 2~17~2008

The Sunday before last we had Bryson dedicated to our Heavenly Father. We are so very thankful for him and treasure each day God gives us to be his parents. We were reminded by Dr. Page that day that our children do not belong to us but to our Lord. Sorry it has taken us awhile to get what video we had uploaded and on the blog. Tyler was in charge of the camera so it's not the greatest but at least we have something. :-)

Another Dr.'s Visit

Well- we are on our 3rd round of antibiotics for Bryson. Augmentin is what the Dr. prescribed this time. The poor little guy just won't get better. His left ear is still infected and he also has impetigo on his cheeks and chin for which they prescribed bactroban. Not sure why the first visit they ever gave him amoxicillin. That was just a big waste. So- about $110 and 4 weeks later hopefully this will clear every thing up. It would be nice to have a healthy baby for a change. We also got him a humidifier for his room which seems to have helped tremendously with his sleeping. It's so nice to actually get through a night without being woke up. Of course we freak out in the morning when he sleeps through without waking us thinking something must be wrong. When Andrew went in to get him this morning he was STANDING up at the crib! Crazy boy! We have lowered the mattress down quite a bit because we thought this would happen pretty soon and we were right. He's all o

I can crawl!

Look at me go!

Dr. Appointment

We took Bryson back to the Dr. last Friday due to the fact that the amoxicillin did not clear up his sinus/ear infections. The Dr. started him on omnicef and he's doing much better. He went back today for his 6 month check-up and shots. His right ear is clear but the left ear is still not all the way cleared up. He only had to get 2 vaccinations this visit. He actually didn't cry this time on the first prick! Here are his stats for anyone who wants to know. He is a whopping 20.7 pounds (86th percentile) 28 1/2 inches long ( 95th percentile) and his head is 18" round (91 percentile). He is growing like a weed. He has just started to crawl but that is limited to upstairs mostly since all the floors downstairs are hard, except Andrew's office. Hopefully in the very near future we will post some video of this new venture. Guess it's time to start child-proofing the house and most definitely time to invest in a gate for the stairs!!
